Your guide to glamping and accommodation at Tranquil Parks

Do you like the idea camping but not the hassle? Putting up a tent or maintaining a caravan or campervan isn’t for everyone. And what if you prefer a bit of luxury when you go away?

Glamping (glam camping) could be the answer because it gives you the best of both worlds. You can stay in touch with the great outdoors and have the feeling of camping without missing out on your creature comforts!

This is a guide to the glamping accommodation available in Tranquil Parks. It ranges from basic pods, to fully equipped units with private bathrooms.

Whether you’re looking for a holiday, a romantic break or a last-minute getaway, don’t forget that all Tranquil Parks are child-free, so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet of our parks’ country settings. What could be better for relaxing and putting your feet up?

All our parks are independent and glamping accommodation varies, but generally includes:

• Pods – cosy huts with an arched roof that goes down to the ground
• Wooden cabins and lodges
• Shepherd huts
• Large pre-erected tents such as yurts and bell tents

Please be aware that Tranquil Parks members often restrict glamping accommodation to two people rather than groups in keeping with the tranquil ethos.

Although not strictly glamping, several Tranquil Parks also have static caravans if you’re looking for larger accommodation.
