Manor House Caravan Park is a garden park with 10, all year-round touring pitches set in peaceful countryside between Blackpool and Lytham St Annes.

Owners, Jeremy and Sharon have a reputation for a friendly welcome as well as keeping their caravan park and facilities pristine.

Manor House Caravan Park offers a tranquil, adult only caravan park alternative to typical crowded caravan sites just minutes away from the South Lancashire coastal resorts.

Park Facilities

Hidden away along a peaceful country lane, Manor House Caravan Park is a year round caravan park for touring caravans and motorhomes.

Laid out in mature gardens with manicured lawns, the park is surrounded by trees and planted with shrubs.

Our picnic area is just right for adults to lounge and relax during summer.

Our 10 hard standing pitches are large enough to park your car on the pitch and spaced with plenty of room for awnings.

Each pitch is equipped with 10A electric hook-up.

Guest facilities comprise a spotlessly clean, individual heated shower room fitted with luxury shower enclosure, hand basin and WC.

Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes’ drive and there is a local pub serving food within walking distance.

If you would rather leave your motorhome or car on the caravan park, there is a regular bus service between Blackpool and Lytham St Annes within 10 minutes’ walk.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement only, though must be kept on a short lead within the park.

What’s On Nearby?

The South Lancashire coast offers attractions for every guest, all year-round.

Blackpool, possibly England’s greatest resort, is famous for the Blackpool Illuminations between September and November.

But that’s not all; there are events and entertainments at Blackpool Tower and Blackpool Grand Theatre most of the year.

Blackpool Zoo, Madame Tussauds and Stanley Park are year round attractions.

Some would say Blackpool Pleasure Beach is more of a pleasure out of season but who could not be tempted to the piers and entertainments occasionally?

Whatever time of the year, a visit to the coast is always special, so the Victorian charms of Lytham and St Annes are just that.

St Anne’s is popular for golf, shopping, fashionable cafes, bars and restaurants while Lytham has a genteel charm and scenic coast views across the Ribble estuary and nature reserve from Lytham Windmill.

The Caravan Park is a few miles from the main Lancashire routes and motorways so a visit to the Forest of Bowland, Morecombe, Southport or the Lake District makes a great day trip.
